Cellar Secrets takes place at a winery in Umbria, set at around 600 meters above sea level and surrounded by vineyards and open countryside. The winery follows organic practices, allowing the wines to fully express the character of the land and its altitude. Guided by the winemaker or a wine expert, guests discover the cellar and learn about production methods and aging processes, with a special focus on Pinot Noir and the influence of climate and elevation on the wines.
