Such a special experience in Umbria. Benedetta and Edoardo were incredible hosts and made the entire day feel effortless, personal, and unforgettable. The setting was beautiful, the truffle hunt was genuinely fascinating, and the food and wine were outstanding. You can tell how much care they put into what they do, and it made all the difference. This was hands down one of the most memorable experiences of our entire Italy trip! Benedetta and Edoardo were incredibly kind and welcoming, and every detail of the day felt authentic, thoughtful, and special. The truffle hunter Omar and his dog Paco taught us so much, and watching the adorable dog find fresh truffles in the Umbrian countryside was unforgettable. We ended the experience with truly fantastic wine and food in one of the most beautiful, romantic settings imaginable. If you’re visiting Umbria, book this experience!! Nonostante i prodotti arrivino per posta, la freschezza e la qualità sono davvero incredibili, come se fossero stati appena preparati. Ma parliamo del pezzo forte: la crema con i funghi al tartufo nero. Senza giri di parole, è in assoluto la cosa più buona che io abbia mai assaggiato! The cheese making day with Umbria Farm Experience was a top highlight of our recent Italy trip. Benedetta was our lovely guide and crafted a truly magical day milking cows and using the fresh milk to make Caciotta and Ricotta cheese with Giuseppina and her daughters. If that weren’t special enough we were treated to a traditional Umbrian lunch, all with local ingredients and products from their farm store and butchery. We instantly felt like family and will never forget the hospitality we were shown during our time there. The Umbrian Farm Experience gave us a front row view to the pride and passion Umbrians have for their land, their animals, and their community. Abbiamo visitato insieme ai nostri bambini di 4 anni e mezzo e 2 anni e mezzo la fattoria Nonna Maria a Montone!esperienza positiva,accoglienza ottima. I bambini sono rimasti entusiasti e affascinati dalla mungitura e dal poter accarezzare le mucche nella stalla. Pranzo abbondante e squisito. Benedetta organised a wonderful cheese factory tour for us. We had the opportunity to milk a cow and see how the ricotta was made. Our kids (ages 4-6) loved it too. The lunch afterwards was stunning; everything was delicious and handmade. Would highly recommend!

È stata una serata particolare, la Cantina La Palerna è un connubio fra una vista splendida su un bellissimo pezzetto di mondo sopra la valle di Plinio.
